Bet Pawa is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform, built specifically for users in Bangladesh. By using Bet Pawa, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that accessing this type of platform is legal in your country.

Eligibility

• These Terms and Conditions apply to the Bet Pawa website, mobile app, and all other digital channels.

Registration Terms

• You must be 18 years of age or older to register.
• Each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are created, all of them will be closed.
• The mobile number or email address used during registration must belong to you.
• Multiple accounts using the same mobile number, email address, ID, or payment method are not permitted.

KYC Verification

To ensure security, Bet Pawa requires identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals above a certain amount. This may include:

• Photo of National ID (NID) or passport
• Selfie Photo or Video Verification
• Proof of address document (where applicable)

KYC information is kept strictly confidential and used only for verification purposes.

Bet Pawa has a set of general betting rules that apply to all bet types across the platform. These rules are the same for every user, with no exceptions.

Bet Placement Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — it can only be closed using the cash-out feature.
• The minimum stake per bet is ৳10, and the maximum is determined by your account level and the event.
• Multiple bets on the same outcome in a single event are allowed, but the overall maximum limit still applies.
• Bet Pawa reserves the right to void or review any bet that appears suspicious.

Odds & Results

• Odds may change at any time. The odds displayed at the moment you place your bet are the ones that will apply.
• If an event is cancelled, your stake will be refunded.
• If a bet is placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error, Bet Pawa reserves the right to void that bet.
• For any dispute regarding results, the decision of the recognized sports authority is final.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the original deposit, in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations.

• Multiple withdrawals can be made in a single day, subject to the daily limit.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the rollover requirement has been met.

• 100% bonus on your first deposit — up to ৳5,000.
• Rollover requirement: wager 5x the bonus amount.

Other Bonus Terms

• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time.
• Bonuses are credited to real accounts only and cannot be transferred to another user.
• Bet Pawa reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.
• If bonus abuse is confirmed — such as claiming bonuses from multiple accounts — your account may be closed.
• Separate bonus terms apply for VIP members.

Self-Control Features

• Deposit Limits: Set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit.
• Betting Limits: Set how much you can bet within a given time period.

• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break ranging from 24 hours to 30 days.

These features are easily accessible under Settings > Responsible Gaming in the app. Limit decreases take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour waiting period.

Bet Pawa may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Registration with False or Incorrect Information
• Creating multiple accounts
